HB2324 HFA Pushkin 1-29

            Delegate Pushkin moves to amend the bill on page 4, Section 10, line 37, by striking out the word “and” and inserting in lieu thereof, the following:

            “(L) Alcohol and drug abuse counselor, pursuant to §16-5Y-2 of this code; and”

            And,

On page 4, Section 10, line 38 by striking out the letter “(L)” and inserting in lieu thereof the letter “(M)”.
